I always like to try new recipes, especially when it comes to breakfast food! I’ve been slightly obsessed with pancakes lately, but with vacation coming soon I’m lowering my carbs a bit.

My variation is below – enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 oz Light Cream Cheese
6 Tbsp Egg Whites
1 Scoop Protein Powder (I used Vanilla Herbalife Protein Drink Mix – 2.5g Carbs)
1 packet of Stevia
2 Tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour desired amount on to lightly oiled hot pan and cook, flip, and cook on other side. Enjoy with berries!
